Customers

Our customers are using Twistage to educate individuals about health and wellness, incorporate user-generated video, syndicate high quality news footage, distribute indie films, and more. A true platform, Twistage powers video for all of these companies ... but you wouldn't know it from simply browsing their sites. The integration is so seamless that your own users won't even know that we're there.

Take a look at some select companies that use Twistage:

KIDZBOP (www.kidzbop.com) is a leading music label with a focus on children. Their website is a highly interactive community targeted squarely at a young demographic. Using Twistage, the KIDZBOP team was able to offer a video publishing interface that is not only aesthetically kid-friendly, but very easy-to-use. Behind the scenes, KIDZBOP leveraged the Twistage API to incorporate content moderation right into their own content management system. The site now features a mix of professionally-produced and user-generated video with the bulk of the content coming from their user base.
Mochila (www.mochila.com) is the world's only marketplace for content. Offering text and photo syndication in addition to video from sources like the Associated Press, Mochila integrated Twistage into a pop-up player that gives users a straightforward and consistent interface, irrespective of content type. While videos can be published through a web interface, they are primarily added to the marketplace programmatically. This "hands-free" publishing allows for extensive automation. Mochila also serves ads into the Twistage player using their own — as well as 3rd-party — ad servers.
Exposure (exposure.cbc.ca) is a Canadian television program designed to give visibility to Canadian filmmakers. Contestants submit their videos online with top entries receiving TV time on the CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation). The Exposure website is Twistage-powered, and offers users a themed player and tight integration with the rest of their content. Behind the scenes, the Exposure production team is able to use Twistage to re-purpose high-quality source material and package it for broadcast over-the-air. This "best of both worlds" approach blends television and Internet in a unique and compelling way.
Youcuju (www.youcuju.com) is a social networking site that caters to Chinese fans of the English Premier League. Users can post photos, songs, and — of course — videos to share with their fellow football enthusiasts. Youcuju uses Twistage for both their user-generated and premium video content, leveraging Twistage profiles to offer a fully localized experience in English and Mandarin Chinese.
